Cancellation policy

We ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours' notice, the full service fee for the time reserved will be charged. This policy allows us to respect the time of our team and accomodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
